Fulfillment services - How it works for you and your customer. You have a customer who views your product on your website and decides to buy. They place the order. Now you have to package the order, get the shipping rates, take it to the drop off point to ship it. What a lot of time you could have been using to create more of your product, spend time with your family, or kick back and enjoy some free time.
Radiantfulfillment will accept the product order directly from you, the web merchant, via fax, email or data file. All you need on your website is to have a shopping cart and a credit card processing feature in place.
When we receive your order, Radiantfulfillment will pick the item to be sent from your stocked merchandise and package and ship it directly to your customer, however you and your customer choose: next-day, 2-day, or 7-day delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you and to your customer.
